works great on all hair lengths. I recently cut about 5 inches off, and it still curls great! way better results than I've had with a traditional curling iron or curling wand, and the curls last significantly longer than with hot rollers. and you don't really have to put too much hair spray on to keep the curls lasting like I have to with the hot rollers. easy to use too! and the anti-tangle feature REALLY works!
