The curler is great, but it can sometimes pull too much hair, causing it to tangle. Make sure you're careful when separating strands. Also, I have a lot of hair—it takes me about an hour to curl all of my hair, so it's time-consuming. All in all, it looks great when complete and usually holds up for at least two days.
