LOVE this product. This is the second one I have had - the first was another brand and the motor in it only lasted about 6 months. But when I got this one, I noticed how much smoother and better it operates and also smoothes out my hair. It heats up well, and I only use it on the lowest heat setting. You can adjust the heat setting, the length of time it holds the curl inside, and the direction of the curl (I always leave mine on alternating curls). Can't recommend this enough!
