I loved this product. I asked for one for Christmas this year and I read lots of reviews beforehand. I had no trouble figuring it out right away. My hair is medium length and thick. Only slight thing is you must do 1 inch pieces. But worth it. I did feel my hair start to tangle once but I opened the chamber and it dropped my hair immediately. My curls stayed over 24 hours with no product. I love this. Great for moms on the go!!
